Assign owners and manage handoffs
Team fits a team coordinating shared work.
Coordinate TeamSync shared workspaces, role-aware handoffs, bounded FleetSync Stops, and shared reports/history.
Use Blueprint Studio for private authoring, build MoveSync plans, publish approved Blueprints, and deliver client-ready reports within gated quotas.
Plan private catalogs, governance, onboarding, audit controls, integrations, and support controls.
Free access needs no checkout. Paid checkout confirms price, billing, renewal, limits, and the exact access before access changes.
Some larger promises stay gated until their owners, evidence, and operating controls are proven.
Payment capture, transfer, payout, recovery, and dispute handling require separate HiveSync checks.
Broad SMS, Magic Link, and carrier-delivery claims wait for external delivery evidence.
A broad sandbox, launch cohorts, and high-volume RecurSync packaging remain qualification work.
Organize private insurance certificate records, human reviews, and retained evidence history.
Included with eligible Team access; existing pilot grants remain supported.
The included allowance is up to three active core records.
Active Team access, authorized organization roles, and work release controls determine access.
Uploading or acknowledging evidence does not establish reviewed readiness.
Explore ComplySyncUse owned and included Blueprints on mobile. Purchases, publishing, earnings, detailed reports, and team management stay on the web.
See the mobile experience$29/month includes two licensed operator places. Each additional active operator is $10/month.
RecurSync is not automatically included with Pro or Team. Team covers shared TeamSync workspaces and bounded FleetSync Stops; RecurSync covers recurring schedules, history, and completion evidence for subscribed accounts.
Start with yourself using one of the two included places; no teammate invitation is required. Public RecurSync pages are read-only. Sign in to confirm organization ownership, operator quantity, price, and renewal terms before Stripe Checkout.
Review founding offerUse these when one plan card is too broad for the next step. Public pricing links only describe intent; protected pages confirm eligibility, terms, price, quotas, review state, and checkout before access changes.
Pro is the starting path for private authoring, Marketplace appearance review, approved paid publishing, creator results, and client-ready reports.

Yes. Public persona guides and demos need no account or payment. TeamSync explains assignments and handoffs; the production-crew and property-manager guides include an Action Hub example. Choose Team for shared work. Action Hub only shows alerts available to your account and enabled modules.
No. One-time packs are for a specific outcome. Subscriptions support repeat workflows, publishing, history, teams, and governance.
Free accounts can draft and share free workflows. Paid publishing, results, and creator commerce belong in Pro or higher.
You keep your saved data where policy allows it. New custom-branded reports, paid publishing, and team expansion stay locked.
The web storefront leads commerce. Mobile focuses on field work, owned content, account restoration, and policy-compliant prompts.
No. Basic Hive-branded reports are available in Free. Custom branding, quotas, and release behavior stay behind the relevant plan gates and report checks.
Choose a plan, sign in, and review your seats and renewal terms. Continue to Stripe to enter payment and billing details.
Review the final total before confirming. HiveSync does not collect your card number or security code.
Pro and Team are billed annually; Team is priced per named seat. RecurSync is a separate monthly subscription. Review the currency, seat quantity, any taxes, and final amount on Stripe before paying. Buying one subscription does not buy the other.
Correct declined or incomplete payment details on Stripe, or return to HiveSync to review the selected plan and retry. If payment may have succeeded, use Check payment confirmation or review account billing before starting another checkout. Access begins after payment is verified; a pending return is not a request to pay again.
Sign in and open the active subscription’s billing page, then choose Manage billing on Stripe. You can review the available payment-method and cancellation options there. Cancelling stops a future renewal. Team and RecurSync have separate billing management.
No. HiveSync plans cover the software. Each provider sets and sends their own quote for the professional work.
No. Team can support shared workspaces, role-aware handoffs, shared templates, reports, history, and bounded FleetSync Stops. Route optimization, live ETAs, and travel tracking stay outside current plan claims.
No. TeamSync completion evidence never charges, transfers, settles, or pays out money from pricing. Agreements, payment capture, approval, payment confirmations, disputes, and payment record state require their own confirmed approval.
No. Eligible Team access includes up to three active core insurance records. Organization roles and work release controls still apply.
No. ComplySync operates independently of RecurSync enablement. Its company certificate of insurance work details is distinct from Property Compliance schedules and Government Compliance requirements.
No. It supports private evidence, human review, and renewal tracking. Uploading or acknowledging evidence does not establish reviewed readiness. Automatic SMS, expanded credentials or vendor vaults, public certification, W-9 expansion, and dispatch enforcement are outside this pilot.
Not yet. HostSync pricing is still being tested, and there is no public HostSync subscription offer. Buying Team or RecurSync does not automatically enable HostSync.
Short-term rental hosts can explore the HostSync pilot overview or ask about pilot fit before purchasing a current plan.
No. RecurSync is a separate monthly subscription for named operators. Property-manager and pest-control pricing show both charges before sign-in; checkout confirms operator allocation and current terms.
The qualification baseline is 24 hours and 2 hours before service for consented reminders. Quiet hours, opt-out, retry, and carrier status apply; carrier acceptance is not recipient-delivery completion evidence.
