Questions and Capabilities

Is FleetSync available today?

Yes, for signed-in teams with current organization, role, seat, and feature access.

Does the map provide routing or tracking?

No. The Google Maps static preview is a planning image for enabled organizations. HiveSync does not optimize routes, provide directions or ETA, geofence, infer arrival, or track travel.

What can I do with Stops?

Review numbered stops, select the same stop in the list and map, see its explicit lifecycle state, Copy Address, or deliberately open that reviewed address in Google Maps.

Which plan fits field teams?

Team is the starting point for shared assignments and handoffs. Enterprise adds organization controls, private catalogs, onboarding, and support.

Why is access still checked?

The public guide is open, but fleet data and actions stay protected until HiveSync confirms the current organization, team, role, seat, and feature access.

What You Can Do Today

The feature guide is public. Protected fleet work still requires sign-in plus current organization, team, role, seat, and feature access. FleetSync is available to teams with current access. Team is the shared-assignment starting point; Enterprise supports larger organization controls and onboarding.

  • Review a deterministic numbered Stops list with synchronized selected-stop focus in the list and map.
  • For enabled organizations, show a Google Maps static preview with numbered markers and the selected stop emphasized.
  • Keep Pending, Active, Completed, and Skipped lifecycle states explicit and separate from queued or delivery confirmed by HiveSync.
  • Assign approved work to named owners through TeamSync.
  • Keep waiting, queued, failed, stale, and confirmed updates distinct.
  • Apply organization, team, seat, and role boundaries before actions.
  • Use Copy Address or deliberately open the reviewed address in Google Maps after an explicit user action.
Conditions and Limits

Team subscriptions include daily Stops access. Current organization roles and release controls apply. Stops does not include route optimization, directions, ETA, geofencing, passive arrival, travel tracking, or travel completion evidence.
