FAQ

RecurSync pilot questions.

Open only the answer you need. Product access and claims stay explicit.

Does RecurSync automatically create every future visit?

No. RecurSync remains planned, and this public review does not create or save visits. Design partners keep using their current scheduling system while HiveSync validates repeat scheduling.

What can I use today?

Current plans support reusable Blueprints, TeamSync task owners, mobile work, completion evidence, and reports. RecurSync itself remains planned and invite only.

Can I request pilot access?

Property and repeat-service operators can ask for a design-partner review. That starts a conversation; it does not unlock scheduling or checkout.

How is RecurSync priced?

The planned design-partner review is designed as a time-limited, no-charge pilot. Proposed future price anchors are planning inputs, not a current quote or checkout offer.

Is the vendor trial a public free trial?

No. Under the planned referral rules, one approved vendor could receive a single no-card 14-day offer only after HiveSync confirms completed pilot work. It would not auto-renew, and declining it would never remove the receipt.

What must happen before wider access?

HiveSync must complete a consented carrier and browser run, then prove schedules, time zones, duplicate prevention, visit changes, reminders, and recovery with design partners.
