What you can use now

Organize the work. Keep expert decisions with experts.

HiveSync can organize a service Blueprint, assign the work with TeamSync, record issues, and keep completed-work history. FleetSync remains planned, so keep dispatch and live-location expectations outside the current offer.

  • Keep landscaping instructions and client/property context limited to what the assigned team needs.
  • Show waiting, failed, and confirmed updates as different results.
  • Keep plant care, chemical choices, route safety, and local rules with trained people.
What comes later

Automatic RecurSync scheduling, route planning, weather decisions, supply ordering, and live crew tracking are not available now.

Questions and answers

Common questions

Does HiveSync automatically schedule every future visit?

No. RecurSync is limited to selected pilot accounts. Keep using your current scheduling system unless a pilot agreement says otherwise.

Does FleetSync provide constant live crew tracking?

No. FleetSync is planned and not currently available. It should not be used to promise constant crew location.

Can a landscaping expert publish a Blueprint?

Possibly. The creator must own or have permission to use the material, pass review, and clearly label paid relationships.

Which plan fits a landscaping crew?

Team is the recommended crew starting point. Pro can fit a solo operator; neither plan alone grants RecurSync pilot access today.
