What You Can Do Today
Teams with current FleetSync access can review numbered Stops, synchronized list/map selection, explicit Pending, Active, Completed, or Skipped state, Copy Address, and a user-initiated Google Maps handoff. Google Maps static previews appear only for enabled organizations.
- Review numbered Stops with synchronized list and map selection.
- Use Copy Address or deliberately open the reviewed address in Google Maps.
- Show whether updates are waiting, old, failed, or confirmed.
- Send shared actions only to approved people in the organization and team.
Conditions and Limits
Route optimization, directions, ETA, geofencing, passive arrival, travel tracking, travel completion evidence, and general access are not included.
